Interesting tip

Talking to a friend and business partner about tips and tricks.  He mentioned that he's trying out just polishing the metal models on parts that are armor or weaponry.  Looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

More Holiday painting to get to!  Cheers.

Winged Hive Tyrant! FULL o' COLOR

This is a commissioned piece (for the holidays).  When I saw the colors to be painted, I had hesitation, but as I started painting, I came to life, and I love the outcome!.  Still have to finish & base him though.

Celestine Cont'd

I now have some base colors on there, but they haven't been highlighted or detailed yet. It's on it's way...  I am using a pale silver/gold for the armor and it reflects differently in variable lighting.

Saw this article on Terrain and wanted to share it.  I love that he DOESN'T use one of the hot cutters!  keepin' it natural.

NEWEST ADDITION 11.30.11

This is most recent piece.  Imotekh the Stormlord, Necron.  Took me about three days total with drying time.  He's currently on eBay, and he was FUN!  I included both pics as I thought it interesting how just a change of background changed the complete color of the model.  My camera played tricks on me!
